At DAEsthetics, your exceptional experience is our top priority. To ensure your appointments are smooth and stress-free, we’ve created this page as a guide to help you navigate our policies. Appointments

Each reservation is carefully scheduled to allow enough time for your treatment, as well as any necessary preparations such as changing attire or completing paperwork. Punctuality helps us provide you with the best possible service.

No Extra Guests

To maintain a calm and focused environment for all clients, no additional guests or children are allowed in the treatment room unless previously approved for medical or accessibility reasons. This policy ensures your service remains uninterrupted and safe.

Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The guardian must remain on-site throughout the entire duration of the appointment. Certain services may be restricted based on age and skin maturity—please contact us in advance if booking for a minor.

Deposits & Payments

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

  • We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Zelle.

  • A valid photo ID must be presented at checkout for all card purchases.

  • Full payment is due at the conclusion of your service.

Lateness & Cancellations

Punctuality:

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full service can be completed. If you’re running late, give us a call as soon as possible. We understand that life happens, and we offer a 10-minute grace period.

Lateness Policy:

  • If you arrive 10–15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

  • If your appointment is canceled due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Deposits can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is provided within the required timeframe.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
